General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between all players ("User", "Player") who access and use the 53l platform ("Service", "Site") and 53l.

By visiting the site, opening an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

Deposit / Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (for all methods)
• Deposits must be made using your own funds only; third-party funds are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested subject to the following conditions —

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour of the request.
• Funds can only be withdrawn to the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are only available after wagering requirements have been fully met.

3.3 Financial Security

53l reserves the right to review players' financial activity in accordance with anti-money laundering and financial protection policies. In any case, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the review is complete.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

53l's welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit — up to 200,000 Ks.

• Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager the bonus 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
• Example 2: Deposit 420,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 620,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager the bonus 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement Calculation

Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering 10 times the bonus amount. Only play on designated games counts toward wagering, and the wagering period is stated in the promotion terms.

4.3 Promotion Abuse Restrictions

Each bonus is available once per player. If promotion abuse is suspected, 53l reserves the right to reverse the bonus.

Responsible Gaming

5.1 Player Responsibilities

All players must —

Prohibited Actions

The following actions may result in immediate account closure and cancellation of bonuses and winnings —

• Using casino arbitrage to immediately convert bonus funds.
• Depositing third-party funds and transferring them out (money laundering).
• Threatening other players or engaging in inappropriate conduct.
• Exploiting game bugs to obtain funds; if this occurs, the funds will be clawed back from the account.

Account Closure

8.1 Closure by Player

Players may close their own account at their own request. A request must be sent to [email protected]. If there is a remaining balance, it will only be paid out once Wagering requirements are met.

8.2 Closure by 53l

If any of the grounds stated in Section 6 apply, 53l may immediately close an account without prior notice and cancel all bonuses and winnings. Only the original deposit amount may be refunded, and only after a full investigation is complete.

Limitation of Liability

53l is not directly or indirectly liable for any financial losses incurred by players through gameplay, or for any financial or health losses arising from any cause.

All games on the 53l platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to produce genuinely random results. However, players should understand that losses are possible when playing.

Amendment Policy

53l reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Once changes are published on the site, players who continue to access and play will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.

Players must check and read this page regularly. Claims of unawareness will not be accepted. If you disagree with any amendment for any reason, you may stop using the service, withdraw your remaining balance, and close your account.
